Are your herbal teas safe for my bird?
Absolutely, our blends were formulated specifically for parrots by Dr. Jason Crean MS Bio, EdD degreed biologist, certified avian specialist to help target different body functions. We only use high-quality organic human-grade ingredients from organically certified UK suppliers.
Are herbal teas suitable to all birds?
Yes, any beak can benefit from its nutrients.
Do you use artificial flavours in any of your teas?
No, all our teas are in their native form.
Do your teas contain caffeine?
No, there is no caffeine present in any of our teas. The Ceylon Black Tea used in one of our blends has been decaffeinated using the Carbon Dioxide (CO2) method.
How quickly can you process the order?
We will endeavour to have orders dispatched as quickly as possible but usually within 1-3 working days.
How much will my delivery cost?
We offer various delivery services you can choose. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns policy for more details.
Which courier company do you use?
Your orders will be delivered by Royal Mail within the UK. International orders are delivered with Royal Mail or DPD.
Do you deliver to a PO box?
No, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to a PO Box addresses.
Do you ship worldwide?
No, we are only able to ship within UK and EU countries. Unfortunately, due to strict export regulations, it is not possible to ship teas to the USA or Canada.
When ordering goods for delivery outside the UK, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of the importing country and for paying all applicable customs, taxes, duties and import charges.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free UK next day delivery on all orders over £50.00 or more.
When will I receive my order?
We offer the following services:
Standard UK Delivery - 2-3 working days, tracked.
UK Next Day Delivery - will be delivered the next working day, if you place your order before 1 p.m. Monday to Thursday. If you place your order on a Friday before 1pm, we will deliver it on the following Monday, unless this is a bank holiday. If your order is placed after 3 p.m. on a Friday, then it will be delivered the following Tuesday.
International Delivery can take up to 10 working days to arrive.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email notification which will include a link to track your order delivery. You may always contact our customer service for further information.
What if I am not at home to receive delivery?
If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available, the courier will leave a card informing you how to re-arrange delivery and will re-attempt the following working day. Any unclaimed or undelivered orders will eventually be returned back to us. We don't recommend customers to leave instructions for items to be left outside their home. Should you wish to proceed with this option, Polly's Natural Parrot Boutique will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
Can I return my order?
If for any reason you wish to return a product to us, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. We'll issue refund as soon as we receive the item. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy for full instructions.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we don't offer an exchange. You may return the item back within 14 days. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy for full instructions.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Unfortunately it is not possible to amend or cancel your order via your online account, however you may request it by emailing us at email@example.com. We cannot cancel orders where items have already been dispatched.
How do I use Coupon/Gift Certificate or Promotion Code?
A valid Coupon/Gift Certificate code can be applied to your order by entering it into the Coupon/Gift Certificate box, located on the cart page of the checkout process.
Please note only one promotion code can be redeemed per order. Ensure the promotion code is valid as some are only valid for specific period of time. Promotion codes are not valid for discounted items. If you are experiencing any difficulties in redeeming the code, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment online by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, G Pay.We don't however accept payments over the phone.
How do I use my store credit?
If you have requested a store credit instead of a refund, the amount will be credited back to your store account profile. You will receive a notification once the store credit has been applied to your store account. You will be able to use it next time you shop during the checkout process as long as you are signed into your store account.
Can I get a tax refund on my web order?
Orders placed on our website are not entitled to a tax refund.
