DELIVERY
Our aim is to ensure your order is dispatched promptly within 1-3 working days of receiving your order, however in the event of unforeseen circumstances, orders may take longer than the suggested time frame.
We offer a fast and efficient delivery service to the UK. Orders placed after midday, or at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the following working day.
Please note that working days are Monday to Friday. Your orders will be delivered by Royal Mail within the UK. International orders are delivered with either Royal Mail or another courier service.

UK
Standard Delivery - 2-3 working days, a signature may be required.
Our mug collection is being shipped directly from our international manufacturer so please allow approximately 5-10 working days for delivery. Import VAT and charges will be applicable.
Europe
As of 1st of July 2021, import VAT as well as other import charges will be payable by the customer in the destination country.
Customs
When ordering goods for delivery outside the UK, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of the importing country and for paying all applicable customs, taxes, duties and import charges.
Please allow up to 10 working days for standard delivery. A signature may be required.
International
For shipping to countries outside the EU please use the forwarding courier services below. The customer must ensure that any herbal pet products are allowed into their country of origin the order is going to. We don’t offer refunds or replacements of products for shipping orders outside the EU. The customer is responsible for paying additional costs such as taxes and customs duties. The third-party forwarder will be responsible for delivering your parcel safely.

USA
Orders shipped to the USA will be sent via Royal Mail using Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) services, which comply with the latest requirements. The shipping cost calculated at checkout already includes all applicable duties and taxes, so you should not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
RETURNS & REFUNDS UK
Polly’s Natural Parrot Boutique aims to always provide high-quality goods, however, if for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer a refund on all products returned to us within 14 days of your receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
We cannot be held responsible for goods that are returned to us and are lost in transit. We recommend that you send the goods by recorded delivery and retain the proof of posting, which we can request if the goods are not received back.
Please note that due to hygiene regulations, we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, follow the steps in your account. You will need to log in to your account. Once logged in, go to your completed orders.
To begin the return process, you will be required to select an item you wish to return and its quantity.
Then you must choose the reason for your return, whether you wish to receive a store credit or a full refund. Add any comments if required.
After submitting your return request, you will receive an email notification confirming whether your return has been authorised. Do not send the item back before receiving the approval email.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns & Refunds International
We offer no refund of exchange of products for all international orders.
REFUNDS UK
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return was approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
If your card has expired in the meantime, you need to contact us at info@pollysnaturalparrotboutique.com from 9am to 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday, to arrange a refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or sent by us in error.
